You are invited to apply for participation in the 33rd Annual MEAD CUSA CUP Youth Soccer Tournament. All games are played within three sites in Dayton, Beavercreek and Centerville, Ohio. All Semi and Final Matches are played at ANKENEY Soccer Complex and OAK GROVE Park. The Tournament will be played on September 1 - 3. Team registration will be held Friday, August 31st at the Dayton Marriott Hotel. For those unable to make the registration event on Friday, we offer registration by mail and email - pre-registration details willl be sent with team acceptance notices on or about August 1st.

The primary tournament format calls for three preliminary round games with Semi and Final Matches in each division. (Some divisions may have Quarter Final Matches depending on the number of teams in the division). Some divisions will play a 4-game round robin format. Individual and Team trophies will be awarded for 1st and 2nd places. Semi-Final participants will receive individual medals. Participation awards for U8-U9 teams.

U-8, U-9 and U10 teams will play 6v6, with U-10 teams having the option of playing 8v8. U-11 teams will play 8v8. U-12 teams have the option of playing 8v8 or 11v11. U-13 and U-14 teams will play 11v11. Note that application fees follow the format of play not the age group.

Applicants must be duly registered members of their respective State, Province, or National association. Players must be registered to the team making application. All teams and players accepted to this tournament will be verified. Only players with valid player passes will be permitted to play. See Tournament Rules for more details.
